Who are we
ViRiX is the project development group of the Haenen family.
The group develops major office and residential projects in Flanders and Brussels. ViRiX has built extensive experience and expertise in the repurposing of dilapidated or disused sites.
More specifically, ViRiX has realized office and residential projects in Antwerp, Mechelen, Leuven, Brussels, and Vilvoorde, business parks in Antwerp and Bruges, and shops and restaurants in Mechelen and Vilvoorde.
Solidity, simplicity, and class are the guiding principles ViRiX instills in its architects when designing new projects. The goal is to achieve timeless yet distinctive architecture.
In ViRiX's philosophy, a building is more than just housing. A building must have character and be part of the user's or resident's individuality.
