Comfort Rooms
Room surfaces vary from 20m² to 24.5m², each with their own private bathroom (shower, toilet and wash basin).
All rooms are furnished with oak furniture: desk with drawer unit and office chair, closet, book shelve, a small sofa and a bed (220x90) with mattress. The total retail value of the furniture is about € 6 600 per room. The curtains are darkened and fire retardant. Each room has 7 power sockets, possibility for TV- and internet- connection and an intercom set.
The comfort rooms that are located on the fourth floor are oriented differently so they are larger and have more windows.
Studio
The studio is not furnished and has a total surface of +/- 40m². It features a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and a fully equipped kitchen. The studio has a separate bedroom and is suitable to be occupied by two persons.
